About MyBaby.lu
A local space for parents, future parents, and families in Luxembourg
MISSION-DRIVEN
MyBaby.lu brings those pieces together in one practical place, combining community support with local guidance so families can navigate each stage more confidently.
Luxembourg is a wonderful place to raise a family, but many parents and future parents face the same challenge: for such a small country, information and resources can feel surprisingly scattered. Helpful services exist, but they’re often spread across different websites, groups, institutions, and word-of-mouth recommendations — making them time-consuming to find and hard to compare.
Our values
1
Safety & respect first
We keep MyBaby.lu respectful and supportive — a place where you can ask anything, share openly, and feel safe doing so.
2
Practical over perfect
Less theory, more usefulness. Real answers, real experiences, and local guidance you can actually act on.
3
Continuous improvement
The platform grows with the community: we listen, iterate, and build new features based on what families genuinely need.
Why Luxembourg?
- A highly international population: Many families are far from their support networks and start parenthood without “their village” nearby.
Multilingual reality: Parents often need to navigate services and information in multiple languages.
Information is fragmented: Resources exist, but they’re spread out across platforms and institutions, and it can be hard to know where to start.
Different systems and expectations: Expat families frequently need to understand how healthcare, administration, childcare, and everyday parenting norms work locally.
A need for trusted recommendations: Parents look for real experiences, practical tips, and a safe space to ask questions without judgment.
